Refund and Return Policy
Returns & Reporting Window
Our return policy is valid for 24 hours from the time your item is delivered. If 24 hours have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a return, replacement, or refund.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition as received.
• The item must remain in its original packaging/carton.
• You must provide an official receipt or proof of purchase sent to your email.
Damaged or Defective Goods
We inspect most equipment prior to dispatch. If your item arrives damaged or defective upon delivery, we will exchange it for a brand-new replacement of the same product at no additional cost. Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival and notify us within 24 hours at sales@nassausportsng.com.
Undamaged Goods & Returns
If you request a return for an undamaged item, the product must meet all eligibility criteria above. Approved returns of undamaged goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from your final refund amount.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be processed to your designated bank account within 1 to 3 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund after 3 business days:
Re-check your bank account statement.
Contact your bank.

Shipping & Return Freight Costs
To return your product, ship or deliver the item to:
Nassau Sports Nigeria, 104 Western Avenue, 6187 Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria.
You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For approved returns of undamaged goods, any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your total refund, in addition to the 20% restocking fee. Delivery times for replacement products may vary depending on your location.
